Oasis Capital Ltd was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2008 as a boutique corporate finance and investment house. Over the years we have developed a full service corporate finance and advisory business alongside our specialist private equity operations.

We have in-house funds available and we are keen to invest directly in exceptional opportunities. We will also provide interim funding in some cases where we are retained to raise capital by placing equity or other securities for clients.

Oasis has a very hands on approach and we invariably provide senior executive staff for the day to day management of our investments. Oasis through it's fund management subsidiary establishes and manages niche funds for itself, and as a service to fund management clients. We specialise in the 'Alternatives' sector providing a complete service from initial fund planning and structuring through to setting up, administration and management. In some cases we will also provide seed capital for fund managers.
